In fact while im standing there a woman and a man (i guess) employee sitting at a computer with glasses and half a ponytail of hair on his head talk about me right in front of me. Never felt more disrespected by Verizon. Not to mention the folks that came in after me and the guy just seems so miserable to be there. Never going in this poorly run store again with some basement dweller at a computer and some woman that does nothing stand at a table.

And not only has it been fixed, I learned some new information while they were fixing it. They were patient with me and I was patient with them. When it comes time for pay raises Mickey and Kevin deserve it!!!
