    My Verizon rep Cruz was absolutely amazing. His patience with major issues I was experiencing with my current mobile carrier was wonderful. He was able to keep me calm and was very reassuring that my situation would be resolved and I would be able to switch carriers. With his help I was able to getv8nto a new phone as well and all my apps and photos transferred seemlesskyvtobmy new device. He provided great advice, tricks and shortcuts when using my new phone. It was a long day, but in tgecend I left happy and satisfied.

    Came in for a prob switching from xfinity to Verizon. Had the opportunity to work with Kevin. He fixed my problems within seconds and had me on my way. Definitely if I have any other issues I will be back to see the people here at the cross keys Verizon store.

    Hi my name is Shiomara I switched over and I was a little frustrated and had some concerns, After meeting with Cruz, this guy solved all my issues gave me a plan that I was comfortable with spend the time necessary to make sure I was satisfied with the service. This guy is professional helpful very kind. His attitude is amazing and even though he was there a few hours with me he Greeted every customer with professionalism kindness, and eager to help them with whatever needs they had. I am very satisfied with his service. This is the kind of people that people need to hire For their business way to go Cruz Exceptional service!!!
