- FTfranklyn torresOct 14, 20251.0went to this location for a phone issue, had to order a replacement, I tried to call just to find out if geek squad got my replacement delivered but it is impossible!! any phone number you get you are going to be talking to call center or automated service that is very unhelpful. after an hour calling and calling I still can't get a simple answer or a person on the phone that works at that location. only answer I get is "to talk to someone there you are going to have to go in to the store" .. unacceptable customer service from such a big company!
