  went to this location for a phone issue, had to order a replacement, I tried to call just to find out if geek squad got my replacement delivered but it is impossible!! any phone number you get you are going to be talking to call center or automated service that is very unhelpful. after an hour calling and calling I still can't get a simple answer or a person on the phone that works at that location. only answer I get is "to talk to someone there you are going to have to go in to the store" .. unacceptable customer service from such a big company!

  Technical job : Computer Assembly. I got all the parts together and since I was a Total Tech member decided to have these guys assemble together to save me time. They also verified that my PSU was DoA so had to get a new one. PROS : This is a gaming rig so a bit of technical know how is needed. The technician I was assigned to was very knowledgeable. My rig was perfectly assembled. Clean wiring. Clean setup. He even pointed out some stuff on the motherboard that I carelessly overlooked. Win11 installed, all Bios setup complete. CONS: -0.5 Star for not calling me when the job was completed. I had to drive over to find out it was completed. Not a biggie for me as I live 20mins away but some folks might be far and traffic on 3 can get backed up. I just chalked it up to that it was probably completed and it didn't get updated in their System. Also a con - the extensions don't work. Overall. I am satisfied and happy.
