- JCJackie CJan 1, 20261.0Picked up a monitor brand new , the first one with damaged box and tear mark on packages apparently returned open box but they sell as new , have to exchange on-site with another true brand new one . Then trying to sell me extended warranty , I kindly refused because there's manufacturer limiter warrenty,he still tried a bit think he know how I'm going to use my monitor and cause accident outside manufacturer's warranty. Then trying to sell me membership credit card , I said I will consider in future and don't wanna have extra card now he's kind like why ? It's free cash , can already got 20% from this order . Appreciate their passion to sell service but using inaccurate "free cash" to let customer sign up a new credit card is stupid .

Usually Best Buy has good customer service, but this time no one helped me at all. I waited for assistance, and when I asked for help, I was told someone would come but no one ever did. The store wasn't even busy, so it was frustrating to feel ignored. expected better, especially given Best Buy's usual reputation. I hope this location improves its customer service going forward.

They were extremely helpful and professional, understood what I wanted and perfectly answered all my questions.
