They do not take any responsibility for their mistakes. They would say all taken care of but never did with one of our Buisness phones. They are condescending particularly the store supervisor lady. No one is consistent with their information and makes you feel like a fool. Use the call center for your sanity or go to another store. I tried to be patient here but it gets worse and worse. I’m most likely going to be switching to another carrier.

My experience at the Sea Girt Verizon store was outstanding. Justin provided exemplary service. He was training Amy and they were both amazingly helpful. Justin ensured that I received a great phone and explained everything perfectly. And the entire store was managed beautifully. This is the kind of service customers hope for. Thank you.

Couldn’t be more disappointed in customer service not only in this store , but their 800 numbers which is actually worse
