    I had an excellent experience at the Verizon store thanks to Dan. Dan took the time to really listen, explained everything clearly, and never once made us feel rushed or brushed off. He stayed calm, positive, and solution-oriented the entire time, even though the issue was time consuming. In the end, he worked everything out and made sure we left feeling confident and taken care of. Customer service like this is rare these days, and Dan truly went above and beyond. Verizon is lucky to have him.

    I went to Verizon for help with my phone and Daniel stepped right in to help me. He got everything I needed done quickly and easily. He was a great help, professional, efficient, and friendly. Verizon needs more employees like him. Highly recommend!

    Not a great store nor has great customer service. They don’t ask questions and always in a rush to get your stuff done which is not a good idea if you’re doing trade ins. The attitude and atmosphere is not welcoming and some of the employees have nasty demeanors.

    Horrible customer service. Employee (Larry) gives me wrong information, tells me to come back on other days to accomplish tasks when other personell are present. When I return on other days, said personell is not present. Store manager Irwin unable to resolve issues. If you value your time, avoid.

    Totally incompetent entire store. They Lied and told me it took 24 hours to deactivate a SIM on my iPhone for a trade-in. Then they told me my other phone had a security breach lock on it for 24 hours and couldn’t be upgraded. I walked out called Verizon they walked me through unlocking SIM in 5 minutes and confirmed three was no security alert on the 2nd line. I then drove to a new store and had no issues upgrading my family plan and doing the trade in.
