That’s because it was replaced by apple for a warranty claim. They were literally zero help, and told me to call Verizon as there is nothing they can do. Called Verizon in there store for over an hour, had to cancel my upgrade and start a new one. Was able to finally trade in my phone and one of the snobby workers was able to finally assist me then. Once the trade in was complete I leave. 3 weeks later on my next bill I see that the trade it was not accepted as the store stated that my old phone was not with Verizon for over 2 months, and they denied the upgrade. (being told this by Verizon customer service as why the upgrade didn’t process) as she looks back in my bill and sees my old phone was with that account for over 1 year. She deleted their claim and all is well now. Stay far away from these jokers. By the recent reviews, customer service isn’t their top priority.

They're all arrogant, they serve you reluctantly and only when they feel like it, and once they do serve you, they do it in a way that makes it seem like the customer is in their way. They should hire trained staff instead of the ones they have now.

I recently visited this location with my family because we recently had to order an iPhone and wait a few days to arrive. Once we received the iPhone, we needed assistance from the store employees to transfer their information. Not one person offered to help. After we got the attention of someone, they treated us extremely rude saying they will take 2-3 hours to transfer. Once everything was transferred, we noticed there was no service available on the phone. We needed to go back in and ask for more help, each employee gave us a hard time when we asked for help, including one saying I've changed the iPhone to your native language (Spanish) now you figure it out. I recommend to not visit this location based on how poorly they treat their customers.
