    Needed to add a business line and thanks to Dan it was seamless and smooth. He was able to answer all my questions as well as get me out that day with my new phone. Couldn't recommend this location or Dan enough!

    Went to the Rockaway store to get a download from my iphone to a new android . The store employee doing the download was having trouble , it wasn't working . I went out for lunch . 3 HOURS later he handed me both phones ," your data is in the iphone and you can make calls and text with the andriod , you need to go to best buy and have the geek squad work on this you need special equipment " ???? Those are his words . Are you kidding me ? I didnt have anymore time today and you need an appt. for "geek squad " i had another place to be .I half belived him until I went down the street to " U break I fix" the guy did the download in 45 minutes . Yep but it cost me $106 as opposed to the $30 verizon was supposed to charge . Gets even BETTER! I called verizon to complain, one guy hung up on me 2 nd one told me he would " file a complaint" and i would hear back - the 3rd call the woman told me there is no "complaint " filed and there is no such thing . SO at the end of the DAY VERIZON is not only INCOMPETENT but a BUNCH OF LIARS .HAVE A NICE DAY ! And PS id cancel but it affects my whole family

    Given that these guy work on phones and setting up accounts day in and day out I'm amazed at how incompetent they are. I would stay far away from this location. The salesman added two extra lines to my business account and the one talk service. The service never worked properly. I ended up having to pay over $1000 to cancel a service that never worked. Aside from the expense, Verizon customer service was a complete nightmare. It took several, lengthy calls to cancel service - there was always a reason they couldn't do it: the "system did work", then I needed to complete the billing cycle, etc. A very expensive lesson learned: do not use from Verizon Business.

    I had an excellent experience at the Verizon store thanks to Dan. Dan took the time to really listen, explained everything clearly, and never once made us feel rushed or brushed off. He stayed calm, positive, and solution-oriented the entire time, even though the issue was time consuming. In the end, he worked everything out and made sure we left feeling confident and taken care of. Customer service like this is rare these days, and Dan truly went above and beyond. Verizon is lucky to have him.

    I went to Verizon for help with my phone and Daniel stepped right in to help me. He got everything I needed done quickly and easily. He was a great help, professional, efficient, and friendly. Verizon needs more employees like him. Highly recommend!
