- JDJanet DobbsJul 11, 20255.0When going to the Geek Squad in Rockaway, Carlos is the best!!! He is knowledgeable, patient and kind, especially with senior citizens who are not tech savvy. I brought my mother there to transfer files from one laptop to another, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. We had another tech who also helped and was very knowledgeable, but did not take the time to explain things like Carlos did. I don't know if you can request specific personnel when going, but hands down I would try to request Carlos! We will definitely go back to the Geek Squad in Rockaway, NJ because of the excellent service!

They are liars because we had track it back to the store. After an hour 1 1/2 they said yes they received it. Then they said it's not repairable. They are young arrogant, unprofessional and do not have any professional skills at all. Do not use this service, they will deceive you from the beginning.
