  Carlos G. provided exceptional service at the Geek Squad desk. He clearly explained my phone issues and patiently answered every question. Polite, knowledgeable, and an overall pleasure to work with!

  When going to the Geek Squad in Rockaway, Carlos is the best!!! He is knowledgeable, patient and kind, especially with senior citizens who are not tech savvy. I brought my mother there to transfer files from one laptop to another, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. We had another tech who also helped and was very knowledgeable, but did not take the time to explain things like Carlos did. I don't know if you can request specific personnel when going, but hands down I would try to request Carlos! We will definitely go back to the Geek Squad in Rockaway, NJ because of the excellent service!

  Garbage - the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After speaking with Geek squad over the phone they told me that my file that was corrupted was recoverable and they made an appt for me to bring in my laptop - when I got there the lazy jerk didnt even open my laptop - didnt even ask a question - He said "yeah I was reading about your file issue and we cant help you - you could send it out to our repair techs but they probably wont be able to recover it" Well ok if you read that and knew that - why wouldnt you call me to tell me not to come??? I had to waste 40 minutes out of my work day and $15 in gas. We have 3 companies that use Geek squad - I have now cancelled all account and went with Hellotech - they are amazing and recovered my file. I reccoment everyone use them.

  My husband and I dealt with William Harvey yesterday Friday 10/27/17 and he was very thorough, explained any changes or updates on both our computers and was very professional and extremely courteous!
