One of them was so rude and dismissive. I asked him a question about the water pressure and the guy opened my water line and said “here that’s the pressure, I’m not a plumber, go ask a plumber”. The hose wasn’t connected or anything so he got water all on my electrical cords underneath. The whole interaction was extremely uncomfortable, and made me feel uneasy. It felt like a bunch of hooligans were in my house. Best Buy please employ installers who are more professional.

The driver was unprofessional and just not a nice person. Mind you, I stayed home from work as my delivery window was 2pm to 6.30pm. The driver arrives at 6.18pm. I am guessing that he had a bad day. Instead of installing my dryer, he decided to fight with me. In the end, he took the dryer back. He never unloaded it from his truck. Now, tomorrow I get to go to Home Depot to get another dryer. Do yourself a favor...do not deal with Best Buy!!!
