- ABAlex BassamDec 20, 20251.0I have 1 star. Not for the store but for the experience with Best Buy customer service. They are offshore and you can't talk to a manager. I bought a dishwasher that was delivered and installed damaged. I requested a replacement that they sent to the wrong address and did not include reinstallation or removal of the old product. Then finally when they called to deliver the replacement they wanted to charge me for the installation $179. I had to convince them that it was not my fault that the original order was delivered damaged and was installed. They finally waived the installation. But the experience was stressful and had to waste hours of my time for a mistake from their side. I feel the problem is that their customer service personnel are not in the USA and they give them very little flexibility to manage customers and do the right thing. It was a very bad experience. If you are going to cut your cost by hiring people in the Philippines to do customer service then at least give them enough flexibility to do the right thing. I am not sure if I will use best buy ever again after this.
