  Buyer beware: do not purchase a laptop here. The Asus TUF gaming laptop I purchased for my wife to play The Sims on has continued to reset BitLocker or completely crash entirely. Best Buy's 15-day return policy and exchange seems to violate the Federal Trade Commission stance on lemon laws when it comes to electronics. I questioned the staff on this as it seem they are not aware that the lemon laws. They kept referring directly to the manufacturer while attempting to charge us for services to fix a computer they sold less Than 3 months ago. They do have a longer free option they didn't even initially mention citing that "I didn't become a member." Frustrated, I expressed my concern for the policy. While I did purchase this close to Christmas, if I had purchased it well into the summertime, as a Christmas gift it would have been completely out of the policy for exchange if it was, indeed, defective. However Best Buy employees are trained to not take responsibility for the products they sell. The internal logs in the computer will indicate that the computer has never run properly. I'm not exactly sure what's going on but I'll be sure to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

  Bought a "refurbished" laptop here. The screen did not work when I finally found a charger, because it did not come with one. I tried to return it within an hour of purchasing and the kid at the front end told me I could not, even though it was within the 15 day return window. I have been told two days in a row that a supervisor would contact me, which never happened either time.
