After 3 frustrating days trying to buy a new phone through my carrier I went to Best Buy in Riverdale. Immediately this employee approached me and not only understood my situation and my needs but took care of me with patience and high professionalism. Her name is Gladys. Because of issues with my carrier, I spent 4 hours at the store. Gladys helped me all the way. At the same time she was able to keep her position as store supervisor paying 100% attention to each individual. Amazing service!

Found what was available on line. Went there. Bought it. Said "is there a defender case for it" heard "This other thing is just as good". It wasn't. It was only a screen protector. Lost a star.
