    I had such an amazing experience at Verizon thanks to Darien! My phone was doing something completely crazy, and I was so stressed about it. From the moment he started helping me, he was calm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was so patient and really took the time to listen to what was going on. He explained everything thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. He never made me feel rushed and answered all of my questions with kindness. Because of Darien, I will absolutely be coming back to this specific Verizon location for any future needs. Customer service like that is rare, and he truly made the whole experience stress-free. Thank you again, Darien!

    I cannot say enough good things about Darien at Verizon. I was dealing with frustrating phone problems and he stepped up in a huge way, he literally came in on his day off just to help me. Who does that anymore?! He should absolutely be in a management position, he leads by example. Thank you, Darien!

    Update! They ended up giving us an opened, iPhone 16e that was carrier locked to a different phone number not associated to our account. Please don't make the same mistake we did by coming here for convenience and only visit corporate locations. This ordeal is still ongoing and it has already rolled up 4 store visits and several customer service phone calls. This was supposed to be a simple upgrade and in store pickup. Just horrible.

    Do not consider this store for any Verizon needs. This is a 3rd party retailer that has zero accountability. The representative had my father there for 2 hours and talked in circles providing conflicting information about our account. She said that if we left with the phone that I had arranged to be picked up via an online order, it would technically be considered stolen. Then when we asked about cancelling the order, we were told we would have to pay a $50 restocking fee? Nonsense. Had to reach out to Verizon Customer Service to have the entire order cancelled and redone because of their inventory issue.
