They were like a comedy duo making this experience way better then we thought it would be. My phone was over heating and wouldn't stay on. I got a new phone and Janelle stood out in the the cold to transfer my stuff because it needed to stay cold and not over heat. Well she got everything over for me it was amazing! Thank you Matt and Janelle for helping me!

This phone has a 4G SIM from a previous phone transferred. Also it has a dual SIM capability which the eSIM when inserted and activated performs better in a 5G phone. The staff was still confused.
