- SRSean Morrison RocksJul 22, 20251.0Arrived at the store 15 minutes before closing to upgrade on of my cell phones and was told that I had to come back the next day which is total baloney. He said if was paying my bill he could help me. If a customer comes in before the store closes you are suppose to serve them. He then goes on to say I could come back tomorrow and the store opens at 10am. Well genius people have to go work and can't get there at 10am. It sucks that being a customer at that store since 2017 to be treated like this. I will no longer go to this store ever.

I came to this location after going to another Cricket location where I was told they couldn't port out from my previous provider, and then they had the audacity to request that I prepay for 4 months because of "suspicion." In Perth Amboy, Ramon answered my questions on the phone before I arrived, and when I did, he was patient, friendly, and had three lines all ported into new iPhones in no time. No issues and even gave me some tips.
