  I've been a Verizon customer for a long time, but this was the first time I've encountered internet issues. For two days, no one could solve my problem. But luckily, I went to Verizon Pennsville, and Mr. Mark helped me I'll say one thing: he's very polite, decent, and a true professional. That's why I love this company. Thank you very much.

  Highly recommend this location. I am not very tech savvy and was unsure of what device to upgrade to. Had an amazing experience with Karlos whom was very patient with me and helped walk me through the differences between devices and even helped transfer all my data. Thank you for your patience and help sir!

  I was skeptical about going in for a new phone because I hate the pushy sales tactics but Karlos was super friendly and only helped me with what I needed. I didn’t feel any pressure and felt taken care of when getting a new phone and plan, I did some shopping around with other companies and karlos really convinced me why Verizon is the best! I got the upgraded package that comes with a bunch of perks. Thank you so much karlos for helping me out!
