- CWchelsea woodNov 27, 20251.0Run from this store. I went in to possibly switch from att if Verizon would be cheaper. The girl who opened my account, Shameka- whoa talk about space case. She completely changed my phone number, so I had to go back to the store for them to fix it. Sameka then had to call a Verizon department to get my number changed back then almost gave me ANOTHER wrong number. Thank god I was pay attention because I had to correct her otherwise I would have had a second wrong number. The process to get my phone number back took about another two hours, and instead of being apologetic, she was pouting and making comments that she had to go to her second job. I have two phone lines and with att I was paying 205 a month, Sameka quoted me 142 a month. Well I just got my second bill and it’s almost 300 dollars. I called corporate and there were all these extra fees that I was not warned about, and moving forward my bill will be 200 a month, I literally could have stayed with att and avoided 2 months of a 300 dollar bill. This has been the worse experience, this store is a mess. If you do roll the dice on this store, run from Sameka. She either has no clue what she’s doing or she’s a con to get the commission.
