    I stopped by the Verizon store just to explore new plan options and ended up having one of the best customer-service experiences I’ve ever had at a carrier store. Tara took care of me and she was absolutely outstanding — extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely polite. She explained all the current promotions, compared the plans side-by-side without any pressure & answered every random question I threw at her. It’s rare to meet someone who knows the plans, devices, and coverage that well while still being so friendly and approachable. Tara is a huge asset to this store — Verizon is lucky to have her! Thank you again, Tara!

    Do not go into this store and buy anything. I came into this store on a Tuesday and forgot my ID at home so I couldn’t even find out what the prices for the upgrades would be. I came back Friday and without an ID (I had it) a different employee was able to give me prices. He didn’t even ask for ID until I mentioned it. This gentle told me if I trade in my Phone and upgrade my plan it would be the difference of 10-15 bucks as me keeping my old Phone and getting a new phone. I thought well what’s the point of a trading in paid off phone and still having my bill increase 50-60 bucks still. The gentle man said(I’m using gentle man loosely) I keep the phone the bill would be 132, I trade in the phone my bill is 137. So it didn’t make sense to trade it the phone. He said my plan would say the same of if I just added a line with a new phone. I said okay so what would my first bill be and how much is due today. $120 due today 185 for the first bill. I said why, well there is an activation fee, and upgrade fee and a service fee plus the taxes on the phone. I said okay I’m good not paying ridiculous fees. So, he said let me ask my manager to waive some of the fees, I said okay. I walks over to a heavy set woman with long hair and glasses comes back okay you pay $ 79 and change and the first bill will be $145 instead of $185. I said okay. I took the “deal”. This was Friday and now it’s Sunday and I’m trying to use my hotspot ( I had hotspot on my plan before getting the new phone and remember my plan was to stay the same) and I see it’s gray. I cannot click on it anymore. Now I’m pissed because my Verzion Fios internet has been out since Friday after I came home from getting a new phone and will not be serviced until Monday when I need to be working, best part I work from home. So, I have not internet to get in my laptop. I call Verzion and I was told I changed my plan. I am now on Verzion welcome plan and that does not come with hotspot. So, I was lied to. Not only did my plan still change after being told it was as not, I realized the not so gentleman person that sold the new iPhone pro max lied about everything. False advertising and overcharging. I am also waiting to see the first bill if the $40 fee is removed. Also, I will be returning to the store tomorrow to get the manager’s name and the man who lied about the plans and prices name. There is no deal of 2 phones keep the same plan. It’s a scam. I am sure when I go in there tomorrow I will be told he didn’t say what he did. Verzion is becoming a very shitty company with shitty employees. Keep it up and I too will be another one of your customers who switch. Garbage employees

    I dealt with Sung. Had gone into the store multiple times because I was getting messages about a rebate that needed to be claimed - he said it was done. Come to find out he never had us sign the terms & conditions, so we’ve lost out on this rebate. When I had previously spoken to a manager about another mistake Sung had made I was told that Sung is an experienced salesman, so he couldn’t imagine him making such a mistake. Additionally, I just found out today that he only transferred 3 of our 4 lines to Verizon, leaving 1 with our old service provider, but having us charged for 4 lines. Will be choosing a different Verizon store from here on out.

    Adrian at the Verizon store was fantastic! He was so patient, gracious and thoughtful. He took the time to truly understand the complexity of what we needed and then ensured he set us up with new phones and a plan that suited our family. He also understood our priorities, didn't try to upsell anything to us, and took as long as needed to make us comfortable. Adrian's customer service and kind / polite demeanor was above and beyond the expectation. He was wonderful!

    I had a frustrating experience with a number port, and initially, Verizon Corporate was not offering a satisfactory solution. However, Manager Luis Suarez went above and beyond to listen, understand, and work toward a fair resolution. His professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. He’s an absolute asset to Verizon and exemplifies outstanding leadership. Additionally, Nikko Murillo was extremely helpful in clearly explaining the resolution process and assisting with my phone setup. His patience and attention to detail made the experience smooth and stress-free. Together, Luis and Nikko provided exceptional customer service that exceeded expectations. Verizon is fortunate to have such dedicated and knowledgeable team members.
