The rudest and unprofessional customer service ive ever received to the point i had two employees hung up the phone on me because i asked why was my ordered cancelled if it was due to the color of the ipad i can take any color available. I wasnt being rude or loud just asking for answer so i know if i can look elsewhere. Managers and business please review the people you are hiring because at this point i will never shop here again and I will deffinetly not reccomend anyone to do so.

I was instructed by the Verizon representative to bring the phone to the Paramus store to return it, and I would be given the new phone in exchange. They scheduled the appointment for me. A few days later, I showed up for my scheduled appointment and was told that there was no phone for me. The staff at the store were dismissive, unhelpful and downright rude when we tried to understand what was going on. We had made a trip to the store anticipating leaving with a new phone in time for the holidays. Instead, we left there utterly stunned by aweful way we were treated. I am a 20 year customer of Verizon, and had customer service been open at this time I would have canceled my service on the spot. Lisa was the store employee who first “helped” us, and then a store manager whose name I did not get, unfortunately. Neither should be working in anything customer service related. Verizon, do better. Verizon Route 4 Paramus, you are as aweful as they come! Take your business elsewhere people. This store doesn’t deserve it.
- MLMichael LNov 28, 20251.0I was told by the lady working there that if I upgraded my plan, I could get a new phone. After the upgrade, she said I couldn’t get a new phone. She also wouldn’t change my plan back to what it was before. The people working here are very untrustworthy. Unfortunately, no one at Verizon will care because everyone is incredibly lazy and don’t care about quality, but hopefully this will save the next person from going into this store.
