After asking for help, an employee registered us and told us it would be about 15 minutes. Twenty minutes later, someone finally approached, very friendly and knowledgeable, but unfortunately, he was on the business side and couldn’t help us complete the purchase. We waited another 15 minutes and eventually just walked out. It’s clear Verizon isn’t prioritizing even basic customer service. Honestly looking forward to the day AI-managed stores replace this kind of experience.
