- KKKrystal KimDec 31, 20253.0Angel was an incredible help to us! He was detailed, calm, super helpful. The woman next to him needs to be trained more as her customer service was subpar at best. She was not nice, unhelpful, basically told us there is nothing she can do to help. Then came Angel- he broke everything down easily for us to be able to do what we needed and we were able to successfully leave the store with our request fulfilled. Please work more on training the other female there- 0/10 do not recommend her. She seemed to not even care to try to help.

Thought I was getting a good deal, but he didn’t mention until the end that I’d have to add a new line in which we didn’t want so we declined all services. So we left, and then I got a email my plan had changed. I didn’t consent nor was the account owner present with me. I called back to retrieve the associates name that helped me and the manager was extremely rude and hung up on me. They are doing anything to have commission sales and it’s illegal. Definitely would not go to this Verizon ever again, i don’t think you should either
