The employees at this store don’t even try to help customers who have a real issue. I was unable to pick up my order, and their response was simply that if I was dissatisfied, there was nothing they could do and that I should call Verizon
said in a rude and dismissive tone.
I did call Verizon, and they scheduled an appointment for me to pick up the order today. However, when I arrived at the store, they told me it was not possible. When I asked why they had scheduled me to come in if it couldn’t be resolved, the employee admitted that when they don’t know how to solve a problem, that’s what they do they schedule the customer anyway.
In other words, they knowingly waste the customer’s time.
Zero transparency, zero credibility, and absolutely no respect for the customer.
If you’re thinking about switching to Verizon, think a thousand times before coming to this location.

Our visit to Verizon was such a great experience, and it was all because of Anthony. He was incredibly professional, patient, and friendly. He took his time explaining everything in a way that actually made sense, answered all of our questions, and never once made us feel pressured. He made the entire process of getting a new phone easy and stress-free. Hands down the best customer service we experienced, and the reason we chose Verizon. We’re very happy we switched carriers.

Angel was an incredible help to us! He was detailed, calm, super helpful. The woman next to him needs to be trained more as her customer service was subpar at best. She was not nice, unhelpful, basically told us there is nothing she can do to help. Then came Angel- he broke everything down easily for us to be able to do what we needed and we were able to successfully leave the store with our request fulfilled.
Please work more on training the other female there- 0/10 do not recommend her. She seemed to not even care to try to help.

Went to go get a new phone. Thought I was getting a good deal, but he didn’t mention until the end that I’d have to add a new line in which we didn’t want so we declined all services. So we left, and then I got a email my plan had changed. I didn’t consent nor was the account owner present with me. I called back to retrieve the associates name that helped me and the manager was extremely rude and hung up on me. They are doing anything to have commission sales and it’s illegal. Definitely would not go to this Verizon ever again, i don’t think you should either
