  Bought a purifier exactly 2 years ago, only used for 2 winters and doesn't even power on now. went to service center and was told there is nothing they can do to fix a $600 machine. the only option is to buy a new one. very bad serviceability, quality. will never buy dyson again.

  I recently visited the Dyson store in Paramus and was assisted by Daniel. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very respectful throughout the entire process. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend not dropping off your appliance for repair. Instead, if possible, stay and wait while the repair is done in the store. It saves a lot of time and avoids confusion. Big thanks to Daniel for the great service — he really represents Dyson well.

  Outstanding service here. Stopped in today to get an older vacuum repaired. There was a wait but the staff was friendly and nice. The gentleman told me what I needed - how much the part would cost and how much the labor would be and that he could have it done in a matter of minutes. We actually waited longer to initially speak with someone than the repair itself took. But it's fine. If you have to wait, take your butt over to Duck Donuts to kill some time. They're delicious and you won't be sorry. The repair was reasonable and fast. Highly recommend. While I hope I don't have issues with any of my other Dyson products, I was also pleased to see they repair hair dryers and other things as well.

  This place is worse than the DMV- I showed up, put my name on a list and was forced to sit in a waiting room for at least 45 minutes (still waiting now) maybe they’ll be good at fixing my part but I’ve been hearing everyone talk to the technicians and saying it will be 50$ just for them to touch it even if they know it’s a simple part replacement if they get you the part that’s $50 extra. Silly. But what is really silly is how this place is run. I thought Dyson was supposed to be about efficiency? Isn’t that what engineering is all about? Here’s some free engineering advice: I should just come in register put a label on my device to let them know which one it is, leave it in a bay and walk out. They should call me when it’s my turn if they have more questions about what’s broken, if they need me schedule a time when I come in. Otherwise just fix it and let me know when it’s ready for pickup. Nobody should have to wait here we all have jobs or other things to do.

  Sat here for an hour and it’s disturbing the scam Dyson has going. I witnessed multiple people be told “$400 to fix it, or we can just sell you a new one” or “parts aren’t available anymore, we can sell you the new version” for me it was my 2.5 year old Corrale with a failed battery “sorry battery is soldered in” so solder is now permanent? You expect products with this price tag to be serviceable. Dyson service center is like letting dealership mechanics have the ability to sell cars. Walking out I was hit with “so you don’t want to buy anything?” With a smirk. Sorry I won’t be contributing to your commission, nor will I be purchasing another Dyson product.
