- EVEhren VokesOct 29, 20255.0I can’t believe I’m typing this, but my experience at the Dyson Service Center Paramus was probably the best customer service I have experienced in my 40+ years of life. I would give this place six stars if I could. I had a problem with my vacuum and initially tried the Dyson website for ideas on how to resolve it. That was not successful and so I decided to take my vacuum in person to the service center. I did not have an appointment and did not know whether I would be able to have somebody look at it nor how long a repair might take. Not only was the technician at the service center able to look at my problem immediately, but within 15 minutes it was completely fixed. The technician was not only extremely competent and professional, but also kind, friendly, considerate and genuine. Special shout out to Franklyn whose customer service was so outstanding that my wife and I decided on our drive home that if we ever have children our first born will be named Franklyn in his honor. Thank you Dyson Service Center Paramus!

I came in to fix my Dyson AirStraightener, bought last year as a refurbished model (never again!), only to find out the warranty had expired and the repair would cost a fortune. Then comes Daniel, smart, super knowledgeable and so genuine, and somehow I walk out with a brand-new Dyson at a lower price than in stores. I honestly felt like I was taking a college class on customer service! Dyson, your employee Daniel is pure gold. ✨
