Pokémon scalpers win here. Ghost chairs in the middle of the night on release day and they show up 20 min before opening and the manager lets that fly. Terrible

Your inventory on your website clearly states you have several of the laptop i desperately need for work in inventory. After 20 minutes of finding help they tell me they don’t have it.
I clearly show them your inventory to which they tell me “oh that’s wrong”. This is why people choose amazon and why no one wants to deal with you. You lie to people and force an upsell on them because they’re desperate. I as well as my company will never purchase anything from this best buy or any other ever again.

Terrible waste of time. Every time I’ve gone here the geek squad gives you issues and wastes your time. Make u stand there for 40 minutes then never help ur issue even if you’re covered
