Since it is a somewhat large store, and I couldn't find any employees on the floor, I went to Customer Service to ask where I would go d portable hard drives. The associate's response was "uhhh, what?". I re-asked and he sent to wait in line at an area that was wrong. I gave up & decided to just leave. As I was leaving, I did find an employee who showed me where they were and did take the time to explain the differences. (Hence the 1 star) However, their pricing was expensive...I will be buying on Amazon.

Instead i ordered my entire purchase totaling $625.96 to be picked up at Paramus where I had the smoothest, easiest experience I could have ever gotten from a employee there named Britney. She gathered my items, Checked my ID, all with care and caution. This was great to me because I tend to overthink a lot and wanted my items in the best hands. Thank you for that great experience, this is my new Togo BESTBUY location ☝🏼
