  Do not trust the "Open-Box Excellent" rating for iPads at this location. I drove over an hour to pick up an item that should have been in near-perfect condition, but that was not the case. Upon arrival, I couldn't even test the device because the battery was dead. The representative didn’t let me charge it so I left the store. Despite the representative's assurance that Geek Squad had inspected it and found no issues, the physical condition told a different story. The device had a dent and a scratch near the camera, plus three additional small scratches on the screen (which is significant on an OLED screen)—none of which were disclosed on the packaging. I was also told in person that it could only be returned in this store. To make matters worse, it is impossible to reach anyone at this store by phone. I wanted to resolve this before making the long drive back, but no one picks up. I strongly advise being cautious of their grading system. I hope this store improves its quality control so customers actually receive what they pay for.

  Friendly staff and just realized that they don't stock all items here. You just see the product here and need to buy online :)

  Found what we needed. The only need was the defender case was not available, so salesman picked another. It was hardly the same, only a screen protector. Lost the box in holiday shuffle. Lost a star. Couldn't lose a sale, right? It's all about money. Not what customer wanted.

  The Best Buy overall in store experience has fallen horribly. The staff has no clue about the products they have. They don’t know what HDMI is let alone HDMI 2.1 They are just lost and telling to check the app or website, what’s the point of coming in the store then? The weirdest thing is they don’t price match their own website, so basically a product is cheaper on the website than the store and you can’t price match. Lastly; the staff is busy on their personal calls or chatting among themselves, had to sing the product on the app and placed the pick up order from the parking lot.

  Can not get anyone on the phone! Worst the phone system. Thanks for a response but put a phone number that a human answers a phone when the automated system is not working.
