- GTGalip TÜRKKAN4 days ago1.0I’m very disappointed with my experience at this store. I’ve been there for four separate large purchases, including Apple digital products. Each time, I had questions and tried to explain my situation regarding my purchases and my business account, but the sales representative did not listen. At the end of the transaction, he restarted the entire process, which caused unnecessary delays and confusion. His attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional, and at one point the interaction became uncomfortable. Additionally, he was unable or unwilling to split my Apple Card payment, which created significant issues with my business account and caused us a lot of frustration. It seemed like he was focused on completing the sale quickly rather than providing proper customer service. I expect better communication, professionalism, and support—especially for business customers making large purchases. Please address this issue with your staff.

- CCChrissyJan 2, 20261.0Do not suggest for any type of repair or tech issue, the customer service is horrible, from walking in I was ignored and trying to talk to anyone in a red shirt was like a chore. After being sent to the wrong place, I was put with someone who COMPLETELY dismissed and could not comprehend my technical issue, (which I was assured was an easy fix from the apple help line) both suggestions were idiotic one of them being to “buy another phone” I left & called apple again and the person from the help line assured me that the person I spoke to was incorrect and what he was saying had a “relatively low chance” of being true, they would’ve sent in a complaint to the store directly but I never got anyone’s name (make sure you do). I would suggest only coming here to buy something or for generic no brainer help.
