  I had a very frustrating experience at the store. My text messages were not syncing with my new phone. I have approximately 375,000 texts stored in the iCloud, and after troubleshooting at home I went to the Verizon store hoping someone could help resolve the issue. They directed me to Apple. At the Apple Store I was told by Naiomi that I should “count my messages.” Yes, all 375,000 of them. Seriously? After that, she suggested I contact Apple for help. I explained that I was already at an Apple store and needed assistance figuring out why my messages were not syncing, but she said she didn’t know anything about iCloud and that no one else in the store could help me, meanwhile, there were probably 30 "geniuses" at the store It was extremely disappointing to go to a store for technical support and be told that no one there could help with something this basic. Very frustrating experience and not the level of support I expected.

  Made an appointment and got my iPhone 17 pro max right on time. Mathew was very helpful setting my privacy screen protectors for me and my girl. Was an amazing deal because I couldn’t get these phones in Florida. They had Zero availability.

  Came two times to try to fix my Apple Watch and the first one a nice guy helped me out and assisted me very fast to get help on my phone, I got advice for an Apple Watch that I have locked out but didn’t work when I tried fixing it at home, I came next week and I tried asking for help and right away was told to go find someone else to make me an appointment and then I went to try to make an appointment and a lady who works there didn’t even wnana help me they weren’t giving any help just telling me if it’s locked it’s locked there’s nothing she can do about it not even suggesting anything.
