  I was interested in participating in Dyson’s spring-cleaning event where customers can trade in and recycle their old items to get 20% off new items. I called and emailed prior to my visit to this location to inquire about the program. Daniel Mendez kindly responded to me, confirming that the location does participate in this trade-in/recycling program all year. I live quite a bit away, so the next day, I packed up my vacuum and air purifier and headed to the store. When I arrived, I was approached by Antoinise. I explained to her that I was there for the trade in program. She brushed me off and told me they “don’t do that”. When I further explained, she said she will not recycle my items and will just throw them away, despite Dyson having recycling guidelines. She rolled her eyes at me and said, “I am Dyson, you know?” I asked to be helped by someone else. She then went up to a customer in the lobby asking, “Was I being rude?” The customer did not want to be involved because clearly, this was very inappropriate behavior. Antoinise went back to retrieve Dave. Dave was even nastier. He immediately made excuses for Antoinise’s behavior, saying he wasn’t there so he doesn’t know what happened, but that because she’s a woman sometimes people don’t think she’s a tech. What a weird comment to say, especially because I did not need a tech at all and I am also a woman. I asked if there was a store manager, and Dave told me he is the supervisor in charge of this location. He then told me he doesn't appreciate being lectured and told me to get my things and “get the hell out.” Mind you, he said this to me in front of my 2 kids. I immediately left and as soon as I did, Dave and Antoinise came to the front of the store to talk about me, even engaging the customer who witnessed the interaction, who was clearly uncomfortable. I watched all of this from my car, humiliated and in tears. No one deserves to be treated this way. Steer clear of this place. VERY disrespectful, condescending, and unprofessional. Shame on you for treating a customer this way.

  I had a very pleasant experience. The check-in process was quick, and my machine was taken in within five minutes. Daniel, our technician, was highly professional and provided a detailed explanation of the process, which I truly appreciated.

  Went in in a Saturday to get my older vacuum repaired. The wait was only about 5 minutes. The technician took worked on my vacuum for about 10 minutes, removed the small items obstructing the vacuum and bristles from spinning, registered my device, and told me about the 20% off when I look to upgrade. He also demonstrated some of the newer products to my 8 year old son.l, who had a ton of questions. Overall great experience! I’ll be looking to purchase a new Dyson product in the near future.

  All technicians were incredibly informative on the repairs they were conducting! I attended the store on a saturday afternoon, so it was quite crowded, but they did indeed repair my Dyson Airwrap. They worked as efficiently as possible & were very knowledgable about all dyson products!

  This location is amazing, and I would like to specifically thank technician Daniel, who is an extremely knowledgable person. I went in today, and Daniel took a lot of time carefully explaining everything I need to do. He was very kind and helpful, and made this experience easy, smooth, and amazing. Will definitely be going back, amazing service.
