Absolute scammers. I came in on a friday night and out of kindness agreed to leave and let the rep finish the next day. Well, he added insurance i declined twice, added the authorization fee he said was waived, he added on other services I had to have removed when I got my 1st bill. Now, it turns out that when I walked as a t-mobile customer and was offered a free 3 gen-old iphone to switch, he did not inform me he was peforming financing and i was signing a 3 year obligation for financing an iphone 14 in November 2023. I was willing to pay more for verizon because I misunderstood them to still be the best. Well its not 2015 anymore. y cell service contract with Verizon is complete, I have been counting the days to leave this untrustworthy and overpriced provider. And after 3 months of a temporary error when trying to view my bill, excited to switch providers, i am contractually oblogated to another 12 months of a basic iphone 14 with month to month verizon cell service. Or I have to pay over $200.
WHY DID I EVEN SWITCH YOU GUYS? WHO would agree to such an old phone for 3 yrs when theyre shopping providers? I am so upset at how badly i was scammed here. Here is an excerpt of texts with their rep. The store manager should be ashamed and removed. I do not understand why our country treats regular Americans so poorly now. Just too much greed. Unbelievable. I al so upset.

I recently came to Verizon to update my phone. Im 73 years old and dont have the brains God gave a goose. Ariana was so wonderful to me. She has such patience and was very kind. I sat with her for awhile
and she explained everything as we went along. I would recommend her to anybody. Shes awesome. An angel.

I came here right after work pressed for time and was told by 1800 Verizon that I could come here to get my router. I was greeted aggravatingly at the door by two workers who were doing absolutely nothing. They both told me that they don’t do that here and then I would have to go to the Shrewsbury location. I told them that customer service told me that I could either go to the store on 66 in Neptune or 35 in Ocean, he told me I might have better luck In Neptune and sent me away. When I got to the store in Neptune, the worker told me that they could in fact do what I needed them to do which is really disappointing. The worker in Neptune on Route 66 greeted me happily even though it was four minutes until 7 PM. He helped me, wasn’t upset and made sure I left satisfied. I wish I would’ve gotten his baby but he displayed excellent customer service
