- EFEliza FisherNov 14, 20251.0I came here right after work pressed for time and was told by 1800 Verizon that I could come here to get my router. I was greeted aggravatingly at the door by two workers who were doing absolutely nothing. They both told me that they don’t do that here and then I would have to go to the Shrewsbury location. I told them that customer service told me that I could either go to the store on 66 in Neptune or 35 in Ocean, he told me I might have better luck In Neptune and sent me away. When I got to the store in Neptune, the worker told me that they could in fact do what I needed them to do which is really disappointing. The worker in Neptune on Route 66 greeted me happily even though it was four minutes until 7 PM. He helped me, wasn’t upset and made sure I left satisfied. I wish I would’ve gotten his baby but he displayed excellent customer service

My kids and I are Victims of Hurricane Sandy , we received a Federal Grant from Trenton, NJ Department of Community Affairs , we are considered to be displaced , non-residents and my kids went into the care of the DCPP, Dyfus, Foster Care Agency after this Hurricane blew threw New Jersey which had a devasting impact on our Beachfront Homes and Communities. I did not hurt or abuse my kids , my kids went into the care of the DCPP, Dyfus, Foster Care Agency after this Hurricane and they asked us to wait until my children became adults and then they suggested that we get back together again . I continue to ask the last three Presidents of the United States and the Department of Justice, FBI in Washington, DC to help me get my kids back over the phone on there pre recorded phone lines and by certified, priority mail. We love Verizon and my children love all of the Family Channels.

When you walk in, there’s no greetings at all, no hi or hello. The white older female just look at us, I know she has a customer but not even a smile. The white older guy is just the same, that’s why after asking a question, I just turn my back and leave. I will never ever comeback on this store!! NEVER 👎
