  Great service overall especially with the young lady Josselin who was able to answer questions I had about my line. She was very patient as well as offered to assist me with any future inquiries regarding my phone and line.

  Grace at Verizon was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to really listen to my needs and made sure I understood all of my options without ever feeling rushed or pressured. Grace went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly and that I left confident and satisfied. Customer service like this is rare—Verizon is lucky to have her. I highly recommend asking for Grace if you visit this location!

  Diego was fantastic! I broke my phone at the Newark airport and he was able to get me a new phone, better plan and provide incredible service. Highly recommend the store and Diego! Thank you !

  English I am extremely disappointed with the service at the Verizon store located in Ironbound, Newark, NJ. The service was horrible and completely unprofessional. The staff lied about their offers and failed to clearly explain the terms. I was charged hidden fees that were never disclosed upfront. I was specifically told that Verizon would pay off my AT&T device balance, but that was not true. Instead, they sent me a virtual prepaid card, which is practically useless. I cannot even use it to pay my Verizon bill. This store is misleading and dishonest. My advice: do not go to this retailer.
