The service here isn’t good at all. When I called to inquire about the router, the rep wasn’t very nice nor helpful.
When I went into the store, I waited a few seconds after seeing each of the reps were assisting other customers so I sat at the table to wait.
After one customer leaves, no one says anything to me. I wasn’t greeted until 29/30 minutes of being there. That is truly appalling!
After finally being greeted- I tell them I need a router. The rep goes to a computer on the right near another rep and customer and yells out to me “what’s your order number”. So I say “do you want me to yell it out? Are you going to come here or do you want me to go there?” So he gestures for me to come and I proceed to give him the number. He confirms my email. I ask about being able to connect my mobile account with my Home WiFi account. He totally ignores the question and says something else. I ask again and then he says to contact customer service. I say okay. He hands me the box- which isn’t small. I ask, do you not have any bags in here?? So his co-worker tells him to go to the back to grab a bag.
As I’m heading out, a Latino man walks in and that same rep ran over to him to greet him.
You tell me what you think that was about.
Felt very discriminatory to me.
Their customer service is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend unless you have the time to waste and patience to deal with unfriendly service.
I’m leaving two stars because they had the router and because the space looked clean.
