The head manager had the audacity to tell me she would get me a deal when Verizon offered that exact deal to everyone as a promotion! They all flat out lie and try to get as much money as they can from you. BEWARE!!!!!!!! PS: first ever review for me… that’s how awful this place is.

Called twice and 10 days later the IPhone was delivered. When I went to pick it up, they asked me if I had already paid for it. They then asked me to sign something which said my next charge would be 300 while I have been paying a third before. I asked them why. They took a while to understand what was going on and at some point I was so disappointed that told them that if they could not solve the issue in 5 min I would request my money back. Somebody in the store who called himself the district manager, stood up and ordered the guy to process the return immediately as I was not letting him help me. I don’t remember receiving such a disrespectful treatment before. I hope my money goes back to my account.
