This is more of a reflection of ordering online rather than this specific store.
Ordered a $1500 PC from the app and had it shipped. When delivered, I noticed a tear in the box so I documented my unboxing as I felt there was going to be damage. There was multiple points of damage. Case had a dent and deep scratch through the paint as well as the front face plate having broken tabs.
I quickly called customer support to relay this issue. The woman I spoke to said she would order the replacement to mt laurel store for curbside pick up and have FedEx scheduled to pick up damaged one.
Today I waited all day for the curbside to be ready. It never happened. I called support again and was told multiple different excuses why it wasn’t ready. At one point I said if I keep this damaged one, I’d like to be compensated for it as it’s not in brand new condition. The agent abruptly hung up on me.
10/10 will never order anything from bestbuy online as they make it impossible to come to a resolution. They refuse to make it right.
