I approached the man in the PC area, Javi, with my issue and he tried everything in his power to help, even using his expertise in PCs to direct me toward another brand since they didn’t have the one I was exchanging in stock. I was able to find another one of the same PC I originally had, online. Javi was then able to ship it to me at the discounted price it was for the Black Friday sale. His patience was admirable and I thank him for his assistance with my problem.

Very unprofessional, the AI chat bot would randomly just stop working as well and hang up no matter what I said or did. Why can’t I get anyone on the phone!?

I have visited this location twice. Both times I had a bad review. They do not have a good appointment time or do not value the appointment. They value the time. I went to them for the recall and they gave me a week's time and said they will check it out in a week. Bad service
