These folks have always done a great job for us for over a decade and a half dozen pets (cats, dogs…a ferret). Very communicative, empathetic, and work hard to make our pets comfortable. We also appreciate they keep diligent records of our pets and their applicable shots and conditions and medications as necessary.

Please Read Before Bringing Your Pet Here If your pet is truly sick, please think twice before bringing them to this clinic. I am sharing our experience so other pet owners can make an informed decision. We brought our dog in because she had lost her appetite and was drinking excessive amounts of water. The doctor recommended complete lab work for $720 and told us we would receive a call the next day with results. No one called, I had to call them for results. Instead of a proper phone call to discuss the results, the doctor sent me a brief text message stating that our dog had an infection and was suspected of having Cushing’s disease, recommending additional testing for $325. There was no explanation, no discussion, and definetely no compassion. I had to research the condition myself because the doctor never took the time to explain the diagnosis and consequences. After completing the additional testing, once again no one called with results. Two days later, as our dog’s condition continued to worsen, I went to the clinic in person out of desperation. After waiting over 30 minutes, the doctor confirmed the diagnosis. However, based on everything I had researched, it did not add up. One of the main symptoms of Cushing’s disease is increased appetite, yet our dog was barely eating or drinking at that point. We were told it was “because of the infection.” I left feeling uneasy and concerned that something was being missed. The billing was also inconsistent. We were told IV antibiotics would cost $80. When my son brought our dog in, he was charged $240. By then, we had already spent over $1,500 on consultations and testing. Meanwhile, our dog continued to decline. She stopped eating entirely and eventually stopped drinking water. I requested copies of all test results so we could seek a second opinion. Not once did anyone from the clinic follow up to check on her condition. The next day we saw another veterinarian recommended by a friend. He reviewed the lab work and explained that none of the tests performed were specific for diagnosing Cushing’s disease. He also noted that if there was truly an infection, a fever would likely have been present, yet her temperature was never checked. Also, we had repeatedly expressed concern about her swollen abdomen to the first veterinarian, but she dismissed this. The new veterinarian immediately ordered an X-ray. It revealed a massive abdominal tumor. Our dog was in severe pain, and there was nothing that could be done. We had to put her to sleep that same afternoon. We trusted the first clinic during one of the most vulnerable moments of our lives. Instead of clear communication, thorough evaluation, and compassionate care, we experienced poor follow-up, questionable diagnostics, inconsistent billing, and a devastating delay in proper diagnosis. No family should have to go through this.

Worse DVM and Management in Morris county. Very dirty, cutting corners, no accountability and charging the max for profit. Fake empathy and lack of considerate make me wish I could give negative 10 stars. Hopefully this place shuts down and they bulid something that actually gives back to the community. Cheers ❤️
