From the moment I walked in, they were professional, friendly, and super knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed without any stress or confusion.

I had a really great experience at Verizon. As soon as I walked in, everybody was friendly and super helpful. The person who helped me explained everything in a way that actually made sense and didn’t make me feel rushed. They got me set up fast, made sure everything was working perfectly, and even checked in to see if I had any other questions. I left feeling really good about my purchase. Definitely one of the better phone store experiences I’ve had!

Please be advised that this is a privately owned authorized Verizon dealer - NOT a corporate Verizon location. If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay away… truly a nightmare experience.
My husband and I were running errands about 35 minutes from home and had an hour to spare, so we searched for the nearest Verizon store because I had a simple question about my phone. When we walked in, the associate immediately started pushing a “free upgrades” and promised our bill would barely change. We have 3 phone lines, and upgrading two of them was straightforward since we had those phones with us.
Then things went downhill fast.
The associate (Sam) kept pushing a fourth “free” Google Pixel phone, insisting it cost nothing. I repeatedly said we didn’t need it, but he kept insisting, so we reluctantly agreed. We later found out it was not free at all.
My 3rd line is for my mom, who was in the hospital, so I went to our local corporate Verizon store when found an opportunity to complete her upgrade-only to learn they couldn’t help me because the original transaction was done through this authorized dealer. I also discovered that instead of an iPhone 16 Pro, my mom was given a regular iPhone 16. To fix this, I had to drive back to the original store again.
Around the same time, I received a new Verizon bill for $450. After spending over 3 hours on the phone with Verizon corporate, I learned that none of the promised rebates were applied. We went back to the store a second time, and the staff was unfriendly and dismissive. They claimed everything was fixed.
It wasn’t.
A few days later, my bill was still $350, and Verizon told me again that they couldn’t help because this was an authorized dealer transaction - and that the Pixel phone was never free. I had to drive back for a third time to return it.
In total, fixing the mess this store created took me over 9 hours of driving, phone calls, and frustration.
I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for over 18 years and have never experienced anything like this. Verizon corporate even contacted this store twice to address the issues, stating that they should never push supposebly “free” phones customers do not want and that they needed training on how to correctly apply rebates.
Save yourself the headache and go to a real corporate Verizon location. This place caused nothing but stress, misinformation, and wasted time.
