    My experience at the Verizon store in Montclair was disappointing. The employee who helped me didn’t seem to have the necessary knowledge to assist with my questions. I was left wondering why someone without proper training was left alone to help customers. It made the visit feel like a waste of time. I hope the store improves staff training and customer support.

    This Verizon store is simply wonderful. Great service. Joe was very helpful in updating our plan and new phones. Took all the time necessary to do what can be a very complex task. Very patient in understanding your needs. Explains everything. Highly recommend.

    Beware. The salesperson quickly completed an order for "a free upgrade" before we had agreed on what phone was best. Now we have to play games returning an inferior phone to the store which somehow is irreversibly being delivered by FedEx to home which is an hour away before we can get what we want elsewhere. Do not give them your phone number or any Verizon account information until you confirm the product is what you want first.
