I worked with Mitch, who was very kind and helpful at first but was super over confident and lacked follow through when things went bad. I came from ATT and split a 4-line plan to two separate accounts (2 lines each). I had 4 phones to trade in for the "pay off your plan" promo and trade in for phones. Everything seemed to have gone smoothly in the store but the issue came with receiving the gift cards to pay off my ATT bill. I was told by Mitch that I would get them in the mail but I started to get worried when months passed and I have a delinquent bill with ATT and no gift cards. It turns out that it came via email instead and I had to activate them, which I was never told to do. Otherwise, I would have kept an eye out and done that asap. I reached out to Mitch who said he was on the phone with customer service and they instructed me to access my email. Once we finally found it, it was expired. This is where I had to step in and Mitch stepped out. He stopped helping me at that point. That's why I gave 2 stars. I had to spend hours on the phone with customer service to get them to reissue gift cards. The problem? One of the phones wasn't processed properly at the store. I had to redo that also. I had to open cases, send verizon various ATT bills, etc. So much time spent that I did not have. Long story short, I fixed the situation on my own and I am finally getting my gift cards. Thankfully, I avoided a collections issue with ATT but they did hit me with late fees so I will have to come out of pocket. Advice here: Don't overpromise your customers things and don't deliver. And if you mess up, which it happens (we're human), make sure you fix it, not the customer.
