- DFDiego FiorentinoNov 15, 20251.0ZERO STARS. Geek squad should go out of business!! Absolutely horrible. First off, Geek squad customer service agents are outsourced to other countries and are poorly trained. They also outsource their in-home services. I paid ahead of time for a service and schedule for a visit. I was weary about the whole process given the person I scheduled with but the day before I received a text message regarding my next day appointment with a confirmation And time window. I waited patiently. Finally called after no one showed up and I was told the agent requested to reschedule the appointment. Complete BS. My whole experience was horrible and it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone rectify things. STAY AWAY!!! Found someone else to do the work.

No remorse or no care. Never never use them for anything as important as your laptop. I would give no stars if possible.
