Not handicapped friendly. Never a wheelchair when you need it. The last wheelchair thay had, the footrest was broken and my husband's foot slid down and under it, and was stuck under the chair. 2 weeks ago, we go there again and ask them for a wheelchair, and they told us someone had stolen it. They need to do what Target does with their shopping carts. Put a locking device on it so it stops at the door and does not go outside. As I said (NOT HANDICAPPED FRIENDLY.) SL. FROM EHT NJ.

I purchased my GE dishwasher from Best Buy about six months ago. I also have Total Tech support, which includes a two-year warranty. Unfortunately, Best Buy couldn’t help me because the one-year manufacturer warranty had to be used first—meaning I was forced to go through GE and Bodewell for repairs.
The experience has been extremely frustrating. My dishwasher stopped working, so Bodewell sent a repairman who was courteous and professional, but he couldn’t identify the issue. He suggested it might be my outlet, so I paid an electrician to replace it—only to find out that wasn’t the problem.
I called Bodewell back, and when the same repairman returned, he determined it was actually a bad heating element. He ordered the part, which took more than two weeks to arrive. As a result, I’ve been unable to use my dishwasher for over a month. To make things worse, scheduling a return visit has been difficult, and as of today, the dishwasher is still not fixed.
I would never choose this company on my own if it weren’t required by the GE manufacturer warranty. At this point, I also won’t be purchasing another GE product because of this entire experience.
Overall, it has been a total nightmare.
