Recieved my email as I was approaching the store. In and out in less the 10 minutes and back on the road Thanks Best Buy you saved my snowy winter weekend

I was told by Corporate to drive into the store so the management team could help me which they definitely did not! Corporate later on after I called them back, said that even though they made a mistake and gave me the wrong information That they couldn’t help me after all, and I asked them if they could compensate me in anyway for my time that I drove 40 minutes out of my way, they said no they cannot help me. This is a total disgrace and very poor customer service. I will never buy anything from your company ever again, and I will inform anyone that will listen of how poor your customer service skills are. Thanks for nothing Best Buy!!!!!!!!!!!
