They both took the time to really understand what I needed and walked me through all my options without any pressure. Adam was incredibly knowledgeable and made the technical side easy to understand, while Laura kept everything organized and made sure the entire process moved smoothly. They worked together seamlessly as a team, which made the experience quick, efficient, and actually enjoyable. It’s not often you leave a phone store feeling this confident and well taken care of. If you’re visiting the Marlton location, I highly recommend asking for Adam and Laura they truly go above and beyond to deliver outstanding service!

Except this one, & this guy Adam is the one I have to say thanks too. Helped me without any dismay and was professional from head to toe. Adam’s just one of those straight up guys you actually want to buy from and when I come back from my buisness trip I’m definitely coming to Adam for my phone & my internet too actually. he really tried to sell me today and was very convincing lol.. just didn’t have the time . He’s just a refreshing face in these kind of stores that’s a roll of the dice what kind of person you’re gonna get to deal with you. Thanks again Adam I doubt He’s gonna see this but thank you

But this Gentleman Adam who’s I’ve never seen there is head and shoulders above the rest. he’s definitely not new to Verizon or that business in general. He’s a old school respectful very very knowledgeable guy. Came in for an assortment of issues and he helped me with all of them. He told me he comes from the PA area stores. Thank god Verizon brought him to NJ. Go see Adam I promise you, you’ll walk out happy. He’s not hard to spot, tall gentleman with a NY accent. PS I don’t write many reviews so when I do it’s well deserved one way or the other
