    Waste of time coming here. Apple doesn’t take care of their customers. Plan on waiting even with an appointment just to be gaslit and told your phone is fine despite having multiple issues. Phone isn’t even a year old but they want to wipe it and have you start fresh just to “see” or your option is to send it away for 7-9 days. Android is looking better and better every day.

    My wife and I visited the Apple Store today to purchase a new iPhone and sync her phone and iPad. Mike, our representative was outstanding, patient and made the process enjoyable. We truly appreciate his efforts. Great job, Mike

    Ran into some issues while trying to upgrade my mom’s phone but Lexi was seriously so patient and amazing with us. This is the second time we worked with her and she’s just kind and you can tell genuinely cares about the customers. The manager Greg was also great in helping find a solution to our problem. They helped turned a long chaotic issue into a positive outcome

    Avoid at all cost, techs are not the greatest. Apple has gone down hill, if you need to go to a physical store go to Cherry Hill one.
