  Bought the Mac Promised support Classes set up by store never occurred Support phone call was promised never occurred Quick to take $ Promised support never materializes Impossible to reach anyone that can helps

  Not happy Apple is a huge company you would think after brining my phone in 4 times and sending it out 2 times having come back i worse condition than when i sent it out they would replace the phone!! But no sending it out again no guarantees and a loaner phone not even close to the phone i have!!!! NO STARS APPLE!!!!!!

  I always go to this apple location so I was very disappointed when my boyfriend had a negative experience from one of the employees. He went in to pickup his phone after he had dropped it off a few hours prior. The employee who was a white lady called his name and was acting like she wouldn't give him the phone until he showed ID. She went around asking her coworkers and other people if they were him, while he was the only person in the front of the store telling her that it was him.(we both have never needed to show ID at any time and we have been coming to apple for years). As a black man, it shows that she was racially profiling him. Very upset that he had to experience this.
