  Great experience! Nas was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful while assisting my aunt with setting up and purchasing her new phone. He made sure everything was handled smoothly and provided excellent customer service.

  I spent almost an hour trying to handle a particular problem, they were not able to help me, right after I went to the AT&T store and they fixed the problem in 10 minutes, this Apple Store isn’t what it used to be. They have a lot of people working there that don’t know what they’re doing.

  Today I came into the store for a spotlight event with BTS. James was so excited and happy to show me all the great things Apple offers . While the event was great and I learned about Spatial Audio James was able to show me some new headphones that I will be purchasing! Thank you James !

  Nice techs but 2+ hours for a screen repair and restore is ridiculous. They pass you around to different people who don't know what the person before them completed. It was like watching Squirrels looking for a digital acorn. Long live Samsung!
