- JCJoe C.Nov 4, 20251.0If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Worst experience as a customer ever. Luis Perez was not only rude, bothered we were there but also threatening. As we approached the desk he burped loudly. My aunt who was being overcharged by more than double was on her 3rd visit to fix the confirmed Verizon & Louis mistake. She wanted me there to support her & be a witness to maybe possible commission theft. Why it took her 3X to get this issue possibly fixed is beyond me. I do know Louis used the words “stupid” towards me. I advised my aunt that she shouldn’t be paying much more than $60 for her line. Louis said empathetically “you don’t know what you’re talking about”! Then w/o eye contact asked my aunt who’s this ? Demanding to know my name. He did not want me there, why ? He told me to leave, not sure why but maybe he couldn’t take advantage of me like my aunt… I told him I’m not leaving of course bc I wanted to be there for her. He said he’s calling the police. I welcomed it. He didn’t call. Louis continued his threatening manner by staring me down. When I asked why, he smirked. Margate Verizon was a terrible experience & I may drop my Verizon coverage bc of that experience. NEGATIVE 5 STARS
