    I visited this corporate Verizon store this evening and experienced an unacceptable level of customer service. Upon arrival, I was not greeted, acknowledged, or offered any assistance. I was forced to complete my purchase through the self-service kiosk due to a complete lack of employee engagement. This was not an isolated sentiment several other customers in the store were visibly frustrated as well. The staff on duty demonstrated a clear disregard for basic customer service expectations and professionalism. Immediate attention and retraining are strongly recommended, as this experience reflects poorly on both the location’s management and the company’s standards. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed promptly.

    Every time I make an appointment and travel 30 mins to this store, I sit and wait just like everyone else. I watch countless people walk in, check-in and walk out every time I am in there… I switched over from AT&T earlier this year and have to take SIX separate trips to the store where I spent hours each time trying to solve whichever issue had popped up with transferring over. It was a nightmare and I traveled there, was told to come in, and left on more than one occasion because they made some sort of mistake and I came in for nothing, had to come back in, you see how this is going…. Now, my bill randomly jumped to over $300/mo when its supposed to be about $140/mo. ISSUE AFTER ISSUE….and I thought AT&T was bad! This store knows how to TAKE appointments, but seems they cannot KEEP their appointments. If you cannot keep appointments, maybe get rid of the feature! Can’t wait for the “we’re sorry” response to this review. Sorry doesn’t fix the problem. If the excuse is “we get too busy and do not have enough staff to keep our appointments, then again, don’t have a feature for appointments!

    Came in to try and get a new phone. The associate said that my plan doesn’t allow it and I would basically have to get worse plan and pay more. I made a comment to my husband that unfortunately the cellular service hasn’t been the same yet there is not much they will help with when it comes to sales and the sales associate right away said “I’m down working with you, you can go”. How nice of them to dismiss paying customers who’s just trying to understand why they are being forced to a worse plan. AVOID THIS STORE!

    Very disappointed with service at this store. Been without caller ID, call waiting for over a week after the store team converted my acct and “ordered” new phones. Charged my card for the taxes and fees yet acct shows no order or any info regarding upgrades. On top of that they added a $20 charge for an additional iPad on my acct I don’t even have. Business rep at store hides in the back office and sends reps in & out to communicate and keep telling me, your acct will update in 24hrs. It’s been 9 days and counting. 611 calls go to outside the US and they just put you back in the que without and assistance. Can’t reach anyone on the phone at store level. Verizon is not what it used to be. Business level & consumer level.
