  Brought my iPhone here to replace the screen. They said they had to take it in the back and run a diagnostic. 20 minutes later they come out and tell me the device is damaged beyond repair (it was dropped from my pocket on to the sidewalk). They have no replacements available and my only option is to buy a new phone at the cell phone department in Best Buy. It took them another 30 minutes to write this up. He still had a ton of info about the phone model wrong on the paper. Said someone from sales would come out. Another 15 minutes and the guy comes out but has no idea about the broken phone or setting up a new one. I ended up leaving. If I have to buy a phone I’d rather do it directly at my carrier or apple. Took it to a repair shop and they were able to replace the screen with no other issues found on the phone.
