Sergio was the store employee that assisted me and all I can say is WOW! He demonstrated exemplary service and was incredibly patient yet persistent with resolving my issue. The rest of the staff was also quite friendly and attentive to my needs although other customers were in the store. They made me feel as if I was a VIP and the only one in the store. Sergio spoke with multiple representatives from Verizon customer service until the escalations led us to an employee that properly addressed the request on the backend. He displayed the utmost professionalism and took the opportunity to inform me on the pros & cons of my cellular plan. Please give this man a promotion! I certainly will be back when it is time to upgrade my phones for my family! Thank you again for all the assistance!

Staff member heard the technical issue, told us for several minutes about how the plan should be upgraded despite us saying we wouldn’t be doing that today, tried to fix the issue, and refused to call tech support when it didn’t work. Immediately went to Ramsey and they had three other options to try and called tech support without our prompting.
