I had encountered some issues with them recently and began to wonder if Verizon could give me a similar or superior product and not charge me as much in the process. My wife and I walked into the store and luckily (although I didn't know it yet), John Cruz was there. He was pleasant, funny, approachable and very knowledgeable. After thoroughly reviewing all of our options with us, we were sold. We traded in 4 phones, received our new phones (17 Pro and Max) and headed home happy and with a bill much less than we were paying. None of this happens without the help, guidance and knowledge of John Cruz. If you are wondering if Verizon can match or beat your carrier's price(s), stop by and talk to John. He won't steer you wrong. In fact, you'll probably leave the store a new Verizon customer.
