I go in to return equipment originally , definitely not planning on purchasing anything and what I did was listen to him use his professional and customer service skills to ask me what carrier I still was with and at the time it was AT&T he explained to me how easy it would be to switch to Verizon at that time, I wasn’t even thinking about doing that once he sent me down and showed me what was it gonna take to be able to switch the options and effortless way it would be to not have to really worry about anything. He will take care of it that’s exactly what he did. He actually went to go grab another accessory for me. That wasn’t at the store while I waited for him at that time we had already got done most of the purchasing he got back to Handle And handled me in a very expeditious timely manner and now I have a new phone a new Apple Watch and I’m having a smile on my face from air to ear. All of that - thanks to our rep in the store - Mr Amir Mezher. Amir - went above and beyond and made the whole process smooth, making sure we got all our devices in the color and configuration that we wanted. The manager was arguing and bullying me when i went in there to get explanation of why my monthly price increased. Horrible place and i don't recommend people of color to go there.

He stayed 2 hours late to ensure everything was set on my end and I didn’t have to return for additional support. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and helped me get better deals than when I called Verizon directly. He corrected mistakes other Verizon employees had made. He was absolutely amazing and he set the standard for how customers should be treated.

I Went to the store about an hour later and he took extremely good care Of me. I had many experiences over the years. I’ve been Verizon customer with my husband for years and now by myself, I’ve never had such a great experience. And this was definitely the easiest transfer of information from old phone to new phone that I’ve ever experienced. He knows his stuff so happy I found him.
