After being treated rudely at one of the Verizon store in another town I decided to go to the one located in Lawrenceville. Ashley the sales rep was very nice and helpful to me and my sons and we was able to walk out with our new iPhones and a satisfied smile on our faces.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store due to misleading information and poor follow-through.
I was told that new customers would receive a free iPhone 17 Pro and that activation fees would be waived, so I came to this location to complete everything in person. I was informed that the phones were on backorder due to the holidays and would arrive in January, and that my lines would not be activated until the phones arrived.
I was shown a statement with $80 per line, even though we were expecting 4 lines at $25 each, and was assured the plan would be corrected and credits applied once the phones arrived.
When I returned in January, I discovered my bill was $341, and that my lines had been activated on my first visit, resulting in charges for November and December. I was then told the store could not make adjustments and that I had to call billing.
This led to multiple long calls over several days. Billing eventually fixed the issue and confirmed that the store could have corrected it directly, making this situation completely avoidable.
This experience was misleading, time-consuming, and unacceptable. I would not recommend this location.

Ralph has immense knowledge about Verizon and is customer focused. He helped us immensely and I will only come back to him. Kudos to Verizon for having amazing people like Ralph.
