DO NOT expect the genius bar employee to do anything but try to sell you new merchandise that you don't need. DO expect them to take your product and wait 5 days before they even begin to look at it . . . DO NOT expect to call the store because you will ONLY be forwarded to Apple Care who will only tell you that it's not ready yet. DO NOT expect it to be done when promised and DO expect that you will have to go personally to the store after the date promised to personally request that they complete the job!!

Incident on 11/14/25 around 10:20 Extremely disappointing experience — defective phone and unprofessional staff. Staff does not properly identify themselves so make sure you guys note the individuals given name and note what they look like because they do not properly identify themselves and will attempt to give out false names along with incorrect notes / incomplete filing notes of your visit & appointment. I recently visited this Apple Store after receiving a brand new iPhone from AT&T that turned out to be defective right out of the box. The phone was freezing, apps wouldn’t load, and it kept becoming completely unresponsive. I owned the device for less than 48 hours before bringing it in. At my first visit, the device was reset but the issues continued. When I returned the next day, I was informed the motherboard needed repair—on a brand-new phone. Instead of offering a replacement for the defective device, I was told I had no choice but to accept a repair, which is unreasonable given that the phone was defective from the start. The worst part of the experience was the behavior of an employee named Jeff. While I was on the phone with Apple Support (who provided different information), I attempted to clarify the situation. We tried to explain to jeff that his employee who initially identified herself as a Marine notes in that we had the appointment with stated in the notes of our account that the phone was only to be factory reseted as a solutions (it should be noted this note was what was happened on my 11/13 appointment not my 11/14 appointment). Jeff then claimed there is no Marine that worked here and we stated that was the name given he claimed we lied and made it up and Jeff raised his voice, spoke to me disrespectfully, and talked over me. When I tried to calmly ask additional questions, such as providing the employees name he claimed it was nicole and that we can see it one her name tag which she and several other employees did not have and we then witness jeff spoke to several of his employees who did not have one after he escalated the situation, got extremely close to me, and physically pushed me toward the exit to force me out of the store. His tone, attitude, and physical aggression were completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I think it should also be noted that jeff did not identify himself as the store manager until after he kick us out. Not only did I receive a defective product, but I was treated rudely and dismissed instead of being helped. Customers should not have to spend over $1,000 on a device only to be denied a replacement and then be treated with hostility when seeking assistance. I have filed formal complaints with Apple Corporate, AT&T, the BBB, and the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. I strongly recommend avoiding this store until they improve their customer service, train their staff properly, and prioritize customer safety and respect.

If you come to this store during the weekend, expect there to be insanely long lines. I would not come here on the weekend. Just like I would not come to Costco on the weekend either. However, if you come here during the week, or schedule an appointment online before you come in, the wait isn't terrible. The staff is knowledgeable. Plus, you can drop off your old electronics, monitors, etc here and they will take it from you free of charge. You do not need it to be an Apple device!

Came in to buy a new laptop. Was told to wait by the computers and someone would come up to help me in 15 minutes. Sat there for an hour between 10:35 and 11:35 and not a single person paid to have the Apple logo on their chest addressed me, came up to me asking if I needed or was being helped. To the point that it was legitimately quicker and more utile for me to go home and order the laptop for pick up and come back later for it. Unbelievable that I can show up with $2000 ready to spend and not a single person employed at this location attempted to facilitate the transaction. But they can spend 15 minutes helping a woman figure out how to download Facebook from the App Store. Horrible business model and layout. Why even bother telling me to wait if the reality is it’s actually a free for all and being old and annoying to staff gets you priority help.
