I had an extremely poor experience with Verizon directly so it was refreshing to have a positive and simple encounter at apple. This store has wonderful customer service and I will return for future purchases.
- JJjay jamesDec 30, 20251.0I went to the store this morning because my phone was locked due to voice control. i cannot unlock my iphone because voice control is activated. no offense the person in the apple store who assisted me rebooted my phone& asked what is wrong with phone. i have to reiterate again that i cannot open my iphone because of the voice control is activate and i like to deactivate. she immediately said i have to make an appointment while there are ten apple personnel in the store. then she asked my cellphone number, email, and issues with my iphone. i told her it is irrelevant to take down the information because i have to explain again to the tech person. the information is useless because i cannot retrieve any text messages or open my email. i believe the person who try to help me was not properly trained or incompetent. Do not go in this store, you are just wasting your time. i was very frustrated of their service. i was able to google the issue and it was a very simple fix. It took me ten minutes to figure it out in Google.

We got here for our iPad mini purchase and was assisted by Jeremy. He was very patient and waked us through all the available iPad models and helped us pick ours. The customer service was thorough and the checkout was pretty quick.
