The sales guy made all types of promises told us that they would pay off the few remaining payments from AT&T. Then I get 2 more bills from ATT saying that they never paid anything off so I call back Verizon of LACEY And get customer service. I asked to speak to a branch manager and they kept telling the customer service girl, that he is not there- wouldn’t even get on the phone and speak with me person to person. They wouldn’t even allow her to connect me to the store to speak with anyone. I called three separate occasions. You mean to tell me that there’s no manager there ever? I asked for a call back. I get nothing; so now they owe me a ton of money with no reply. I wake up this morning to an email from Verizon saying that they raised my bill by $25 with no explanation after 2 months of service. Once again, totally being screwed I should’ve just stayed with AT&T. I would love to find out if I can break contract and go back. This is absurd. I will be making an attempt today to get in touch with a manager once again. Don’t waste your time And money! They tell you whatever they want to get you to switch and then once you do, they go MIA!

So, no problem, I let it be with the one phoneline and decided to set up my employees and family members on a new different carrier. Verizon is probably the highest price service provider and the only reason to stay was for the convenience of not having to change my billing, etc. Switching is easy now.
