- SJSebastian JimenezDec 27, 20252.0I visited this Verizon location with my parents and had a mixed experience. The sales representative, Anthony, was very kind, patient, and professional. He spoke Spanish, which is my dad’s main language, and took the time to answer all of his questions. My dad asked some questions more than once because he wanted reassurance, and Anthony stayed patient and respectful the entire time. However, when the manager, Tony, stepped in, his tone came across as impatient and rude, which made things uncomfortable. Customer service should always be respectful, especially when helping customers whose first language isn’t English. On top of that, the manager was using a vacuum while Anthony was helping us, which made it hard to hear and added to the frustration. The manager’s attitude took away from what could have been a successful sale for Anthony. Anthony did a great job, but the management experience was disappointing. Our family will not be coming back!

My dad came in wanting to purchase a new phone and was talking with a sales associate who spoke Spanish ( which is my dad’s preferred spoken language) and was treated very poorly by the so called manager. My dad was simply asking questions because that’s how he is, and Tony was not only getting nasty with him but then kicked him out of the store! Absolutely uncalled for and again, disgusting behavior. Very very very unprofessional. I will be calling corporate and filling a formal complaint. Stay away from this store.
