Very busy location and I feel like not enough employees to cover. I went during holidays and it was extremely busy and they only had one employee doing everything in the online pick up line which made my visit very long for no reason.

Had a pick up of an on line order. It went fast and was handled efficiently. In and out in 5 minutes.
The store was bright and clean with nice displays. Makes me want to shop in person instead of on line.
The best part was the Oscar Meyer Weiner mobile was in the parking lot.

I visited this Best Buy last night to pick up an online order totaling over $400. When I first approached the pick up counter, the employee assisting me was pleasant. However, after I declined the additional $80 protection plan his demeanor immediately changed and became dismissive.
I asked if bags were available since the item was large and he initially said yes. After I declined the coverage he abruptly said “okay have a good day” as if I was an inconvenience. When I asked again for a bag, he handed one to me and immediately yelled “next customer” leaving me to struggle at the counter.
The bag ripped while I was trying to put the item in, and even other customers at the counter noticed and tried to help. I asked the employee for another bag which he gave with visible attitude. I then politely asked if he could help by holding the bag open so I could place the item inside especially since it was an expensive purchase. He barely assisted and looked at me as if I was dumb for asking for help bagging the item I just purchased.
The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I did not feel like a valued customer at all. I picked up my order shortly before 7 PM. I didn’t get the employee’s name, but he was tall, male, darker skinned, and appeared to have braids pulled back.
I understand everyone can have a bad day, but this experience clearly needs coaching around customer service especially when a customer simply declines an upsell. This experience makes me hesitant to shop at this location again and I would rather purchase similar items from another retailer like Target or Amazon going forward.

Ordered for delivery last night. Its currently midnight the following day. I want to go to bed. Im exhausted but cant sleep because they use a platform called Roadie for their deliveries and the driver picked up my order 12 hours ago and it shows he is actively everywhere in NY and NJ with my order. I cant reach anyone so I dont know if he intends on delivering this at lile 2AM or if I can go to sleep. Im incredibly upset

I recently purchased a TV that arrived damaged out of the box, it happens. So I drove it to this Best Buy from Brooklyn because they had the same one in stock that I wanted to exchange it for and after customer service on the phone said I would be able to exchange it. The employee told they could not take it back, even though it was well within the return date. He said because I had purchased it at a different Best Buy that maybe that store would make “an exception” for me. When I pushed back and said Best Buy policy states I can return to ANY store and that I was well within my return date, he insisted it was at the store’s discretion.
Don’t come here unless you want to be gaslighted and have your intelligence insulted. Corporate policy is not there to abide by if you feel like it. It says what it says.
The next store exchanged it for me no questions asked.
