From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and gentle, making my pet feel calm and safe. The veterinarian took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and treated my pet with so much care and kindness. The office was clean, organized, and very professional.

During the WORSE time I had to put my dog down of 17 yrs, they made the error in putting her information under someone else’s name and wrong DOB due to a having the same phone number. I have tried to tell them it was in error. They were quick to take payment but not quick to APOLOGIZE FOR THE CLERICAL ERROR THEIR STAFF MADE!!! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN AND REPORTING THE ABUSE FROM THE STAFF!!!! Mallory, YOU ARE A HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING!!! Learn to be accountable and respectable with patients and learn to accept when the staff makes a huge error!!
