  I feel like this place is money hungry Due to the results of me not being able to keep my puppy they’re going to charge me almost $400 just to cancel my care membership like what the hell I feel as though this should have Been explained, even though you’re telling me that it’s something I signed but the last time I brought him there for a visit you charge me $38. Well what is the membership for if I still have to pay out-of-pocket it doesn’t make sense to me and this is something else that wasn’t explained So make sure if you deal with them have them explain all the fees, you’ll be paying So you can know what you’re up against Because I totally wasn’t aware of if something happened to the animal or you don’t have the animal, you still have to pay $400 for what please and your front desk Staff should be people who greet you with a smile Not a frown

  I’ve been bringing my cats to this animal hospital for three years and my cats and I always have a positive experience. Everyone who works here is kind, patient, and trustworthy. My cats always receive the best care here!! I highly recommend this animal hospital!

  I had such a wonderful experience bringing my pet to this veterinarian. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and gentle, making my pet feel calm and safe. The veterinarian took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and treated my pet with so much care and kindness. The office was clean, organized, and very professional.

  HORRIBLE STAFF TREATMENT WHEN THEY MAKE ERRORS!! The secretary has ZERO professionalism and Mallory is even worse! During the WORSE time I had to put my dog down of 17 yrs, they made the error in putting her information under someone else’s name and wrong DOB due to a having the same phone number. I have tried to tell them it was in error. They were quick to take payment but not quick to APOLOGIZE FOR THE CLERICAL ERROR THEIR STAFF MADE!!! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN AND REPORTING THE ABUSE FROM THE STAFF!!!! Mallory, YOU ARE A HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING!!! Learn to be accountable and respectable with patients and learn to accept when the staff makes a huge error!!
