I was there today November 20th to get an oura ring 4 for my wife. I went over to the cell phone counter to ask for assistance and was told they would send someone over. Two of the employees there were not occupied at the time. We waited a little while and no one came. We proceeded to go up front and ask for assistance and were told they would send someone over. Again we waited and received no assistance. We just left the store and have decided to order the ring on Amazon since no one was willing to assist us. Also there were multiple employees standing in the front unoccupied. Would not recommend this location and instead prefer to shop in east Brunswick location.

Jacob was very professional with initial that I had that customer service did not help me with over the phone. I was frustrated when arriving at the store, but he calmed the situation and managed to help me out. Great employee!

If you get the right employee it’s a good experience, I seem to find the employees that require the manager to apologize often. Last night I picked an item off the shelf and they wouldn’t sell it to me and I had to order it online. Last visit they lost a 400 dollar sale and I ordered the item I was there for from Amazon as well. Unfortunately this store is becoming a spot I go and touch/look at the product then order it from Amazon due to the inability of locations staff to either help me in a timely fashion and or answer questions without saying I have to get someone. I like the manager he seems to be trying and is helpful when I see him but something is wrong behind the scenes.

It’s the first time I’ve gone to this Best Buy and it has been the worst experience yet, I arrived wanted to buy something. I wanted to talk with someone who specifically speak Spanish I waited 1 hour and no one attended, and when I found someone of Microsoft they told me rudely that they didn’t simply work with BestBuy so I don’t recommend going to this Best Buy because of its terrible customer experience and I drove 1 hour just to obtain terrible service.

Order number: 1125282356748. I purchased Range Hood including delivery and installation. The installation crew was rude in their attitude and installation was poor, the Range hood was installed slanted resulting in to wider gap between the cabinet and the Range Hood. I contacted Best Buy via online chat with a live agent. Best Buy agreed to send a different crew. I took another day off as the window of arrival is always given as 7 AM to 7 PM. Best Buy sent the SAME CREW and they refused to fix it. I could not afford to keep taking time off and finally paid a handyman and he fixed it for $50 on a weekend! My loss-The money I paid for installation and loss of 2 work days.
I logged on Facebook and gave the same details, I am not sure what more details Best Buy wanted. I don't understand why they require customer to communicate thru Facebook, I did not write the review on Facebook. Based on the order number provided, Best Buy will know my identity and details of my contact information such as my email and phone number and address, in their record. I don't understand why Best Buy is not able to or not willing to reply by email. The purpose of my review was to alert other customers about the potential problem if they choose installation by Best Buy.
