    Jassiris pro-actively turned around a very frustrating situation into a pleasant one this morning. I brought my laptop to get it looked at on Tuesday. A gentleman explained to me that it would be $150.00 to diagnose/fix the camera issue. Potentially a higher amount if the issue was deeper. He suggested that i sign up for the Geek Squad Annual Membership, so i did. I Dropped off my laptop on Wednesday. I received an email on Thursday stating that they were unable to fix it & that it would be a separate cost to be shipped out to get fixed. Needless to say, I was not happy at all after just spending $190.00 on the Membership. The other option that was explained to me was that I could purchase a 3rd party camera for $20 - $80(depending on features). I did that, but wanted to solidify that everything would work properly before I left the store, as I have a very important Zoom Meeting on Monday. Jassiris installed the camera, adjusted the settings & She created a fake Zoom call, so We could ensure the audio & video worked properly. Perfect outcome. She was very approachable, knowledgeable, friendly, patient & efficient. I am a General Manager of a Full Service restaurant & wish I had more staff with all of her attributes. You all have a Future Leader inside your building in the Geek Squad Department. I really hope the Managers are keeping a Pulse on the Rising Talent you already have. Thank you Jassiris for changing the narrative today for me. Great way to start the weekend. Hope the Best for you in your Career & your Future.

    The selection of electronics is impressive, and the staff is generally helpful and knowledgeable. However, I found the checkout process to be a bit slow during my visit, which was frustrating. Overall, a decent experience, but there's room for improvement.

    I went in there to buy a new phone I was told the only phone that they had for AT&T was one for $139.00 then we had to buy a membership for $49.00 so my information could be transferred for free. Nothing was free. As I tried to speak to the salesman, as he could not transfer correctly, I was told to shush yes shush, he did not do correctly I had to come back into the store and have him do it again I will not be buying anything from Best Buy ever again.

    Don’t apply for Best Buy Citibank credit card. They trying to make you pay late fees. To get more. Money from you. They keep giving me issues on setting up auto pay. Which they said it’s processed. Then next bill date comes. Find out there’s no payment. Then play stupid. Like you supposed to call in for that. But you don’t need to call to make payment if told it’s on auto pay. Then talk to a supervisor. Very nasty and arrogant. Talking nasty and aggressive. Saying if I wanted auto pay. They didn’t tell me that. Instead of checking phone conversations. He’s being nasty and assuming. Tried to ask for corporate number to this credit card. They don’t have. So they giving out credit cards and trying to ruin your credit and more money from you. Buy setting you up. To miss payments. To pay late fees.

    I hate writing this review because I want Best Buy to survive so bad. But this location is absolutely terrible for its employees that just don’t care. Good luck actually having someone behind the counter at customer service. I was standing online to pick up a tv, I stepped out to ask someone who finally showed up to customer service about the tv I was picking up that was already bought and paid for. The person assured me to wait at the counter and someone would help me. So I lost my place in line, 20 minutes went by, everyone behind me got served. I finally went back to the line and had to wait another 20 minutes. When it was my turn they got me the tv. Thank you employee who didn’t know anything, but acted like they confidently did. As for everyone else there, go eavesdrop on their conversations, it’ll be more satisfactory than getting their undivided attention
