When I went to the register to pay, they agreed to give me $80 of a $480 purchase if I opened a BestBuy card which is only supposed to take 2-5 minutes. I waited for 15 minutes and got frustrated so told them I wanted to pay with my own card. They told me my card was already approved even though it wasn’t. When they finally processed the transaction, I did not see any discount of $80. When I asked why, they said it was actually $80 rewards towards my next BestBuy purchase. When I sent to sign the receipt, they said it was a $20 rewards towards the next purchase and not $80. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
