Terrible experience trying to get an extension to return the purchase past before the alloted 15 days to return an item. Unfortunately I left for vacation for 23 days outside of the United States and was not able to return it myself I had to make arrangements for some oneelse to return it. I will not be purchasing any thing from Best Buy ever again.
