The team at the Hoboken branch is exceptional, combining professionalism with a friendly demeanor. They excel in customer communication, and I have particularly enjoyed my interactions with Karif Richardson and his manager during the day shift. My recent visit was marked by their helpfulness and willingness to address my questions promptly. They provided clear guidance on the perks and activation of my Verizon services, ensuring I felt supported throughout the process. I look forward to returning to this location in the future.
I was frustrated at first because I had to call the store multiple times and there was no voicemail option, so I kept having to call back. However, once I got to the store, the experience completely turned around. Godwin provided excellent customer service and stayed to help me even though the store was about to close. Because of him, I left satisfied.
I had an outstanding experience at this Verizon store, and I specifically want to recognize Jay for his exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. I was feeling stressed about activating my line, but Jay handled everything so quickly and efficiently that the entire process felt effortless. We had the same name so we were able to bond over that too.
He took the time to clearly explain each step, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. What really stood out was his calm and reassuring demeanor. He genuinely helped relieve my stress and made the experience enjoyable rather than overwhelming. Jay is very well spoken, attentive, and truly cares about helping customers, not just rushing them through.
It’s rare to come across someone who combines speed, expertise, and excellent communication so seamlessly. Because of Jay, this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a Verizon store. I highly recommend asking for him if you visit

This Verizon crew is the best !! I came in with a super complicated phone activation issue resulting from a mistake made by a customer service agent over the phone. Even though this location is not a corporate location, the representatives took the time to help me resolve the issue. He was on the phone with customer service for at least an hour on my behalf and ultimately ended up solving the issue. He honestly restored my faith in Verizon. Thank you so much to these representatives you guys saved the day!!
