  Karif Richardson did an outstanding job helping me upgrade my line. The process was quick, smooth, and efficient from start to finish. He also recommended adding a business line to my plan, which turned out to be an excellent suggestion given my needs. I truly appreciate his knowledge, professionalism, and helpful guidance throughout the entire experience.

  John managed to open my broken phone and transfer my data, then he walked me through transferring my data on specific apps as I made the move from Android to Apple. The process took a while but the store gave me their WiFi info so I could get work done while I waited. A great experience!

  Extremely kind, knowledgeable & terrific employees. I stopped by with no appointment and picked up new phone (and had data transfer) and walked out a short time later. Pleasant experience!

  I had an awesome experience purchasing my phone with Jay. Aside from being an incredibly kind person and making my day with his personality (as well as dealing with my friends and I yapping) he made the process insanely easy. He definitely knows what he’s doing and is a great, friendly face for customers to deal with. He was so understanding and patient and he was able to educate my family and I on Verizon deals and help us so much! I am so happy with my new phone. Thank you Jay!!!!!!
